What is the daily limit on friends code?

I noticed there is a daily limit on friends code that I can enter. Is that limit increased with level?
Also, it there a limit on total number of neighbors?

I'll be honest I didn't even know that there was a limit. I'm not for sure if it increases, but if I were a betting man I bet it doesn't. I know that you can go up to 9 hearts in visiting neighbors which allows you to visit 12 neihbors daily.

If I remember it correctly then you can add 5 code's daily.
The total no. of neighbors you can have is 500 that's includes waiting as well.
