What does 150+ star club mean?

You get a banner for the number of stars that you earn. 150 stars, 350, 500 & 600. When you earn your first 150 stars, you post a screenshot here:
http://airportcitygame.com/threads/join-the-150-350-500-or-600-star-club.6968/
and you will get a banner to go under your name.

Look at the top left of your game. It shows how many stars you have.

You get stars for the number of flights you make to each destination. For example, flying to Bali. You get 1 star for the first 9 flights, 2 stars for 17 flights, and 3 stars for 35 flights.
