The shooting effect can indeed be at the same level as Samsung S series mobile phones and the latest iphone.
Is there any benefit to that phone other than the camera?
Xiaomi is a great company. I like Lei Jun@flyhores ,
The phone looks really nice. The camera is awesome. Unfortunately, Xiaomi will struggle to sell in many places purely because (apart from the price) of the lack of trust in how the Chinese government interferes with any tech products coming out of the country. The western experts might believe they can circumvent any attempt by hidden software and hardware from data mining, but despite the appearance that the world is kowtowing and allowing the Chinese government to appear to save face by not calling them out on gross misinformation, not too many are silly enough to believe much of anything that they say.
Don’t get me wrong, I have great affection for China and it’s people. I studied the language for 7 years as a teenager (over 30 years ago, now) and regret letting the skills fade away. I spent 4 to 5 weeks travelling the country back in the 1980s when things were very different. There were almost no cars and buildings taller than 2 or three levels were very rare. As a 15 year old, I was amazed at the crowds that would gather around me just to have their first glimpse at a 6 foot tall, blonde-haired Gaijin.Xiaomi is a great company. I like Lei Jun
Lei Jun -----Jinshan Software Company (in fact, he was fully responsible for the internal and external affairs of the company).
He was only 28 years old at that time. At that time, Under his leadership, they designed and developed some interesting computer stand-alone games.
I also use Xiaomi mobile phone myself, although Xiaomi 12 S is still very expensive for me and I can't afford it.
In addition, Xiaomi is a company registered in Cayman Islands, and its equity composition is somewhat complicated, including money from Wall Street, so there is no problem in product quality and use.
I don't doubt or question your meaning at all. I just briefly introduce Xiaomi Company, Lei Jun, founder of Xiaomi Company.Don’t get me wrong, I have great affection for China and it’s people. I have no doubt that the phone you’re talking about, the company and its leadership are all of the highest quality. Alas, some of China’s richest and most successful business leaders who, anywhere else on the planet might have appeared to hold some level of authority and influence, have effectively had their careers and wealth ripped away from them. They only maintain the appearance of owning their wealth and power as long as The Party owns their soul. Not a single citizen is secure if they choose to stray from the strict government policies or voice an opinion that is contrary to the propaganda machine that is controlled by just a few old men.
The last 3 decades spent buying up global resources and, with it, positions of control in other foreign locations has been a strategic move which has been naively ignored. More recently, the government doesn’t even attempt to hide its intentions by artificially creating islands in international waters to take control of trade routes and expand it’s geographical footprint and control at will. No need for lengthy and costly invasions if you can establish a strangle hold of the Waiguoren with pre-established, internal influences and then simply surrounding them. It would seem that the usual translation of “Middle” Kingdom is a bit simplistic compared to the real belief that is being demonstrated ie. the “Central” global power. Putin’s madness in eastern Europe is especially terrifying in that it is just a blip on the radar compared to what appears to be coming to the rest of the world.
