Weekly RESET

Does anyone know the official time the weekly reset takes place? Although I play on Windows PC, it still might be the same UTC +- XX hours.
What I seem to notice is around 3PM UTC -6 I usually shut down computer for dinner and return around 4PM UTC-6 and shortly after opening the game the chests that a player might earn appear.
So I'm hoping to finish this launch just prior to the reset time.

So my guess of the time was spot on. For me it is at 4PM UTC-6.

Mine resets at 14:00 UTC -7 exactly.

We've discussed it on other threads, but consensus data agrees that weekly reset occurs at 21:00 UTC/GMT.
