Hmm. So I followed the link, claimed my bonus (option 2 for windows). Pop up tells me I have claimed my gift and also that I don't have the game installed on my PC. Clearly not correct. Also, the white whale thing has disappeared from my game.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I had the same thing initially. First followed the link through my (default) Firefox browser (completely add-blocked/firewalled/... etc.etc. in short very secure). I got the same message. I then copied the link to a more open, not so secure Chrome browser and there it worked.
Allthough I must say it was for the last option for windows (the Windows / Microsoft store option), not the Windows / App option.

Do we know if we have to go to this website every week? And if we do, are we locked into one option?
So if I open it on my android device now can I do it on my PC on the trail website later?
Or visa versa, of I unlock it on the trail website now but then revert back to playing on my phone do I continue to get 4 green a week?

I wouldn't mind switching, however every time you switch between trail and phone you lose all your favourite neighbors and anyone who has favourited you no longer has you favourited either. Unless it's been fixed.

Just seen the other thread. Once you choose the platform the bonus is locked. Not sure if I login to trail and claim then revert back to Android of it'll still be doubled though.
