1) Why can't I gift Red Drum Fuel (20) to my friends?
2) Why, when I get Red Drum Fuel (20) as a gift, when I click to send back it changes to Passengers?

Hi @Snoopy44

If you're not level 10 yet, you won't have fuel(20) to gift.
If you are level 10 or higher, you just don't have fuel(20) as a gift to send. GI's idea of fairness - some of us have fuel, some have passengers. Next big update, you will probably have fuel as a gift.

On your list of items that you can sent, is Passengers (10). You can send items, that you are able to send. Others have barrel of Fuel (20) on their list. So you can receive Fuel20, but since Pax10 is on your list, you can return only what you can sent. Same is with some other items for building, repair,... That's it.
