I need items for my terminal level 7... but none of these items appear in my gift list..so I presume these items will have
to be received by hitting back on an item I sent from the same group????
How can I know to which group these items belong????

Usually, upon completion of the Terminal Level 6, the side quest to upgrade to Level 7 appears very soon after. I don't think there are no other side quests that you need to do to...

My guess is that you need to be at Level 52 or above to able to build Level 7 items, or something like that.

Anybody else remembers??

There are always items in user's gift list for the building, that is in side quest.
For instance, if you need to build Terminal Level 7, you should have one of the items for it in your gift list. Same is for Town Hall and Control Tower.

As soon you complete one level, that partical item dissapeared, but you're stil able to send it in return (to those who need it).
After you complete all main buildings to top level (current L10), you do not have those items anymore (only send in return works).

I remember to upgrade CT you need to buy hangar level 2. But this side quest can be ignored and you can upgrade directly CT. This thing we hold you. Find the side quest that related.

I am looking and looking and none of the 4 items I need for my Terminal is in my gift list....or are they other items....Probably I have to start 'building' the terminal first???? and by building I mean buying it...???
