Windows Visa center glitch

When i activate my visa center and start to move it around my city to collect passengers this is what happen the above screenshot the buildings in the red square as you see there is no passengers show but the truth still there and hide what i did i just move visa center next to the first building thinking its taking the passengers and move it to other place to collect and return it back its show in the second screenshot.

As you see here some buildings the passengers not collected and its happen with many buildings.
So be carful when you active visa center you have to keep watching this is in windows.
I waste my time 10 hours thinking that i am collecting passengers then i find out they are hide and by mistake i click on one of them the passengers go to pax fuel bar.
You have to close and open the game again to check the pax did not collected.

There is definitely an issue with visas atm. I've just started a contract and the correct number of passengers hasn't been collected.

The click collect is Ok. So its an autocollect problem. I ran 1 hr yesterday and got my normal 133K.
