Suggestion Virtual city

I have been playing for quite some time now. The game is OK. But...upgrades to houses should be easier. I feel spending real money is ok up to a certain amount. After that I feel the game becomes useless. Upgrades to the houses just seem to be from rediculous quests that can't be fulfilled because there is not enough room even with all the land available. And...To have to use diamonds to take out a building or energy to move a building is just ridiculous. It certainly does not give you hints as to what to do to get upgrades to the homes either.
