Bought some greenies for a free garden square (that increases population) even though I stocked up on greenies during last weekend's greenie sale. Got the greenies but no garden square I contacted support with a copy of the receipt and they said it would take 7 days to investigate / fix. I was going to try and collect all six of the garden squares but no way if I'm not getting them and have to wait a week to see if they will do anything to fix it. Less than 24 hours left for the sale too.

GI should be able to sort out the then as you and they will have a record of how much you spent. I personally wouldn't be too bothered about buying them all, population really isn't an issue.

Another option is buy a garden (Tree, Small Lake, Angel Monument and Labyrinth Garden) in your Store Decoration. They give you bonus on passengers too.

As I stated earlier I had the same problem.

I have now heard back from GI Support saying this Garden Square offer did not apply to the purchase I made. (UKP 3.49)

I have responded that it certainly did as I would not have made the purchase otherwise.

I await their response.

They do not increase your city population and I have all of them already.

What? I had my greenies deposited along wíth the Mystery Square buying the exact same deal!
Bet G! doesn't know their asses from their elbows...
