Windows Update deficiencies

- 24 hour timer don't work properly for neighbors and space flight items drop buildings (adventure buildings works fine by now)
- Lost some friends from the list, some of them on the list but cannot be visited and for some of them their levels are significantly lower (from 55 to 13)
- Incoming gift list is slow
Basically similar to every other platform.

I have lost the upgraded second slots of Flight Catering Facility and Cosmic Fuel Station both.
