Android Update caused a rollback!

Updated my Android to the new 4.8.14 version and lost a week of progress. Of course that means I lost 3 levels, everything earned during that time, the 13 bonus greenies from the codes, and 80K in coins....and since it is during an event, I am obviously never going to get that done now!

I was hit by this as well, I also lost the greens I bought during the sale.

Yes, that is what I had to do last time and a week later it was 'fixed' but I lost a week of the event as well...

got sent back to level 01 (AGAIN). restored w/ 4 day old backup, most of Ages to Ashes lost, sent ticket in / getting old at this point / daily backup required now ???

So when they address this, how do they resolve the two instances of the game? Will I get rolled back to yesterday or do they transfer items? I'd like my collections and greens back but idk if I want to lose the progress I've made since yesterday

It will be like a reset point. Like, say you close your game at 2:30pm, return at 5pm and game has rolled back. They will take the point when your game worked, 2:30pm, and use the save files from that time stamp and when you load your game, it would be as it should have been when you opened it at 5pm.
