the new update (7.0.3) crashes after a few seconds.

There were no fixes for crashes in this update. As of now, we know that many devices with less than 2GB of RAM are having hard time running 7.0 update, especially while visiting neighbors with big cities (like Madlen's city). We're researching a solution, and some kind of a fix will go to 7.1 update.
