If only we were getting real money that would be understandable to some extent but as it is the ends definitely do not justify the means.

I guess you see 0 stars only when they are not neighbors with you. I don't know if it's a glitch or on purpose

You are right,i just saw a neighbour of me and stars appears by his avatar.

@Southoftheborder What they do is "griefing". Taking pleasure in misery of others is a well known mechanism.
