Transfering game to new phone..?

Hi guy..
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but...
I upgraded my phone today, from a desire to a one x. I've been trying to find my game save all night, but nothing's working..
Can any of you point me in the right direction.. I'm on lvl 32 with 60 stars, weeks of works, which I refuse to loose....

To the best of my knowledge, unless you root both of your phones, you will not have access to your old data/import to your enw phone
