You can see how many passengers you have flown that week by looking at your alliance. Below is the number of passengers I have this week (less that one day).

Here is the wiki page for the Reserve Hangar. Each of those required items has their own page that shows where you can get the item.

Hmmm... The wiki page for Dubai says they are "Temporary Drops". Perhaps this means that they become available from that flight after you start upgrading the hangar (after you pay the money).
For gifts, you can talk with your trading partners, or post here in a Trading Thread. I have sent you one Fluorescent Lamp and I can send one per day. My support game can send the Safety Cone. I have sent you a friend request from that game.
You can use videos for every item once you start upgrading the hangar.
Only other way is to pay 2 greenies for each part.

"Maybe" is a very risky situation...
You have to pay a lot (gold and silver tokens) to start the Hangar upgrade procedure. Of course, you can get them with great difficulty - by opening existing chests. In doing so, I will inevitably lose the accompanying chest items. This is very wasteful. I did not do this in the previous stage of the update, but I was able to upgrade the Hangar. I am not ready for this yet...

3. As for gifts, you can talk to your trading partners or post a message here in the trade thread.

I do not have any trading partners. I can only add the name of the required item to the Signature and the Neighbors will see it. They will see it, but it is not a fact that they will send the item.
You should publish a message when you need very few items, but the bulk is already there.

There is no certainty that this will work yet. Watching a video is the easiest and simplest way.
