Tokens Stolen.

I create discussions with GI after each "Time travel" messages - to check "is my game blocked?"
Each time I recived this unblocking codes and used them to unblock my game.
No any problems.
It happens one time per two months (average).
I do not travel between different time zones (I use "close the game" behavior for my travels) but I use many programms at my devices. I suppose several programms can initiate this "Time travel" issue.

This has happened to me in the past on my blocked game after I asked GI for it to be unblocked.
All Sliver and Gold coins were lost usually on a weekly basis
I was clever and saved the bronze boxes and cashed them all together and bought a S1 Giant
When GI found out it went same as you
I have posted on another thread about the Casino, I bought Gold coins to get the casino and all is OK so far
Gold and silver coins stay but i am very dubious that they will get taken away and I wontbe able to restart the casino

If anyone can help me, I logged in to AC and had a message that I had 'hacked' the game. This I would not know how to do. I have since noticed that I had about 43 silver tokens from spaceship launches.

I have just checked and I only now have 15 silver tokens. Somehow I have lost tokens.

Does anyone know how/if I can get in touch to restore my tokens?

I didn't keep a copy of the message, but I do remember that it did say about time travelling

I have had the time traveller message on all my devices now. Last one was on my main game and I am not sure whether to even bother doing a ticket... Devices set to auto update time/date and no times have changed so it's a bug their end quite clearly, but annoying to be accused of cheating when I haven't touched the screen.

So they have given me codes to unblock myself... when I put in the codes (add friend) with the @ sign in front the device does not react. I click the add button and nothing happens - if I take the @ sign away it goes through but tells me the promo code is invalid. They gave me a new code that should then work when my time is set to auto update and same thing. But on one device it did unblock me even without accepting the code - found that out when they emailed me back saying it had worked.. so is that normal? Does it take the code without moving from the add screen? I would have expected a message to say code accepted or something...

There isn't positive feedback that you did something correctly. Stupid, but that's how that work.

I unblocked my device yesterday (it seems it worked) - moved it a couple of yards into the next room today and guess what.. got time traveller message again. The game was even closed when I moved it from the other room.

I am just worried as I am trying to gear up for my first space travel on the devices and think I've read that is one thing that you can be blocked from when accused.

Tokens seem useless as they and anything you buy from them will be deleted next time you start your game as their db is obviously on drugs. But the building you can get for completing I would hate to get then lose. Does that happen?
