Today I've been accused for traveling again after about 2 years of messages with warnings. In the past I did got the message and were blocked and restored after not have traveled at all(like everyone).

Usually I once in a while got the time travelers message and after restarting AC everything works fine again(only was able for a short time for rankings in top-100, but don't care much). Today restarting the device didn't work much... after some restarts time traveling message disappeared. But guess what... all tokens gone!(since a while I don't open chests anymore, but sometimes I do by accident) So I lost around 15/16 gold and thousands of silver. Ok, that is a pity. But all my s1 and s2's were also gone... They cost me about 70 gold and 700 silver!! Yes I'm pissed now... Of course just send them a message. I'm very curious about their answer. At least I can't fly for this weekend.

Not happy, about 220 golds and 5000 silvers gone, opened my tab this morning and got the lovely time travelling message. It had just been sat on charge overnight but the game was open. No time change at all! I've raised a ticket but my latest screenshot is missing quite a few tokens. What a joke,ive been taking screenshot for this exact reason after reading other people's troubles. Really hope I can get them back, been saving for casinos if they come back.

How long did it take for GI to compensate your loss of tokens. Tonight, opened up my main Pakman game on the ipad, got the time traveller message and have just lost 155 Golds and over 2500 silvers. Ticket & Screenshots sent across to GI. Not happy .

Taking regular screenshots is very wise. I also back up every few days but don't want to reinstall as was on a few QL launches today with @Fatdaz and @Capt Iz 69 and obtained fuel and chests.

I totally understand your feelings. Same here with me. I lost 606 gold's and 17306 silver. And worst of all Ivan is not replying.

Always have - seen too many players get burned due to auto date / time settings. To be fair GI responded quickly with a code but that hasn't restored any tokens. I got the usual response saying blocked for altering settings which I haven't done. The only thing I can think of is that I have an older ipad (ipad2) and have been having problems recently with the home button not closing down the game properly. Maybe GI server has mistaken this for time travelling.

Good luck and keep trying Pakman. They really trust their system. I really hope that some of their people play the games too in every device. So they can feel in the game.

@Pakman, i will try to add your code but maybe not finish in a day. I will try again tommorow. I have to add lax too today. If Ivan read many of our posts about bud in adding neighbour, the should solve it easy and not make us suffer like this.

Got to say I can't really fault GI on their customer response and communication on this occasion. Since I lost my tokens on Pakman the other day they have updated me regularly. I have now received a great email from them with another code which has got my tokens back . I think it certainly helped having the screenshots (before and after) and would urge all to take regular screenshots and have back up of your game.

Here an update from my account. After 2 months discussing with GI(they do not actually read my messages because all the answers on their questions where already given in previous responses) I got back most of my tokens(again). Again, because after +- weeks I got them back again but after one day I lost them again.... Then it took weeks again to get them back. Now I've my tokens back for at least 2 days...

I agree with Pakman to take a screenshot of the tokens because they ask for it. But it seems they cannot see how much you have(or had). I'm sure I lost of silver too but I just wasn't sure how much so I didn't ask for them. No opened chests are free from stealing by GI but S1/S2 planes are not... Every time I lose my tokens, I lose my Giants too. Except the one I bought with money. I also lost possibility to see all your Lunar launches.

Last 2 months I lost some interest in the game(playing without Giants is not interesting at all...). Hopefully they leave me alone now. They just don't know where it comes from. Well they do say it is because of my settings or traveling, but that is not true. With my tablet I got accused too in the passed(few years ago) and GI said I had to change settings to automatically, now it is the opposite: you have to change to manual.

Lets see how long AC will leave me alone this time...

Gi is relying on you to be honest about the number of tokens you have or to provide some evidence.
They either do not have the time or may not want to make the effort to retrieve the information from the back ups as a players info changes hourly on their servers.

Cosmic, we dont really know every detail in our game unless we are focusing.

@s8s, did you post to GI support or support@road404.com? I experienced huge difference of approach. Better and Faster. Thank you to Irina.

We have a better general idea of what we have of value like coins, greenies and tokens/ As we check them on a regular basis especially the level 50 and above players as tokens are used to restart the bank and mint to produce greenies which are needed at the higher levels to buy land.

Cosmic, i never opened the golden box when I dont need it. So never really take a look to the number. Coins are the big number, not in detail.

I did the same. And what Kazinho asume all true. 100% with you. Before, when we have a repeat event, the event automaticcaly finish. I did not collect a collection too till I need it. You are a top player in my opinion.

I did know how many golden tokens I had(more or less), but not how many silver. The silvers changes daily but we don't really need as much as we get. I think it is ridiculous to expect your members/player to count their resources because your system is buggy for so long and you don't want to change that(that is what it is).

In the last year GI made some really good improvements, but the most important bug is still there... time travelers message.

But hey, I'm back so that is a good thing after all...
