My Waverly huff game has completed the Russian Victory Day Quest (I've played it the last two years and have already three-starred the new destinations and completed the collections) but I will continue to send Petrol Pumps to those who need them for a while. In fact, I will give priority to gift these items to those playing the quest. I will catch up with the rest of my good neighbors once the quest has completed.
