I believe the Wall Speakers are only available as drops from flights to Amsterdam. Or they can be purchased with greenies. I don't believe they are giftable.

I happened to be flying Jumbos at the time and I set all nine to Amsterdam. It's an eight hour and 20 minute flight. I set a timer for eight hours and 18 minutes, then used one of my Spy Glass bonuses. I got two Wall Speakers as drops. I sent my Jumbos on to other destinations and bought the other two Wall Speakers for greenies.
UPDATE: My Amsterdam destination no longer lists Wall Speakers as a drop. Perhaps it's because I already built the Level 7 building. Check your Amsterdam destination drop items to see if they are available for you!

Amsterdam still shows Wall Speakers as a drop for me. 53 flights in and no Wall Speakers though.
