I have just updated the Android update which is called Easter Cheer.
Unfortunately, they fixed the bug with the Irish Mansion - now you need a road.

I also completed all tasks on Bali Hi (already built 4 Farmers Market, collected 4 organic Menu & 75 Leafs in previous quest). Luckily now you no longer auto-complete!

cool now I have the current up date but its just zoomed way in. smallest I can go is 75 %
then again after I left it loads and then frezzes
