Those annoying pop ups!

Loaded the game up and started collecting cash from my shops. As I was doing so that annoying pop up came on screen and I accidently purchased some dice rubbish for 3 green cash! Doh!

Lesson learnt!

happen to me too, brought some collection chest by mistakenly pressing the stupid pop ups

No need to have a pop up to make a mistake.
I don't have a level3 runway but yesterday I had a look at the different planes to see if I had to update my terminal before buying my first jet (12000 coins). Unfortunately, my wrist touched the screen and I unwillingly baught this plane!

don't put buildings which you frequently collect your coins & passengers near buildings you don't want to upgrade (e.g. town hall) it will reduce the chance of mistakenly upgrading them wasting your $$. It happens quite frequently to me.

Thats a handy tip, but this is more about the pop up that shows once you load the game.

I am playing on samsung galaxy. it happen me as well. but just after i spent few greens this way i pushed and hold my power button for few seconds to hardware reset of the phone (button on right side of the phone). after restart i had greens back and no powerup
maybe small delay in saving is helping me with this
maybe it will help you to correct such mistake next time
but it must be done very fast.

so painful to talk about this, Dave. I accidentally bought 2 aircraft tires to repair the planes, 1 green cash to buy stupid buterfly catcher and 1 green cash for feeding the rabbit with clover.

Teaspoon: 1-2 sec after unwanted buy + around 7 sec of holding power button to phone restart.

ha.. the rabbit clover in Easter mission.

I've accidentally waste around 5 to 7 green cash just to give it to the rabbits.
That's why I don't intend to finish the Easter mission, the risk it to big, at the moment.

I have just found out another uses for hardware restart of phone during game.
if you wait few hours for plains to return and they bring nothing interesting you just needed, and this can be sometime very annoying.
try this
after plains returned and clicked them you do not get what you want do hardware restart and start game again. if you do it before game saves plain will be landing again.
you shoud be able to do it for few times if neccessery
restarting phone and game is quicker than waiting another few hours for next flights to complete
