iOS Thinking about upgrading my Small Oil Refinery

Are there any caveats to this? In other words is it going to build the building and then ask me for items that I can’t get unless I spend greenies?

I think I read that about some buildings where you don’t know the items you need in order to upgrade your building until you actually upgrade and then it lets you know what items you require and sometimes you can’t get them from quest or flights or gifts you have to buy them with greenies.

If you did need extra items they would be on this page. There aren't any, so you don't!

I think having to save for this building was the first time I saved more than 1m credits. It seemed like it took ages!
