Although I can visit everyone now...
I've had to decimate my city over this bs overpopulation issue

So furthermore... They have u spend greenies to expand your territory, only to have you be over populated and
Have to destroy buildings to get under the population cap..

I'd rather not visit people if it means decimating your city

Didn't work for me. I still can not visit old friends and my game frequently crashes when I try to visit friends.
