Theory of Everything

Does anyone know what plane is required to fly to the Theory of Everything destinations (Novosibirsk, Bangalore, Edmonton, Perth, and Berkely)? These are the maps that you get for coming in first in an Apoge (green) launch. Also, what are the fuel, speed up, passenger requirements and the number of flights required for 3 stars? Thanks very much.
