I'm back to needing 3 more Roses. This is just a bit unfair haha. I hate using bonus for these. I did get the valentine day one event by luck but this I almost just want to pass it up.

Strange! I did get videos yesterday but on multiple occasions my game crashed right after the video, resulting in loss of game progress (finished a bouquet, but back to zero again grrrrr). Havent tried it today yet, I'm a bit hesitant now...

Windows update only partially works.

• When visiting neighbors there only 3 event items to click at any one time, have to leave and come back.
• Can only collect nets from neighbors not shears.
• Can only collect butterflies not flowers from your own airport.
• Reward is not Serenity Garden but Tree of Life

Thanks for sharing. That was not an update, though - that's an old special event on your not-updated version that shouldn't have showed up. We've fixed that. We've released the actual update on both Windows Store and Phone about an hour ago, so be sure to download it when it becomes available to get the working special event (and many tech fixes that we never mention).

But you do know there's a daily limit on those? Try to wait a couple of hours.

And since those offers are provided by our partners, we can't guarantee they are always available (eg. their servers might be down, they might run out of ads for your region, etc). That's an additional option to get some of the items, not the primary one.

I know but I haven't had any offers for over 2 days, since the update came out for ios. And I'm in Sweden EU if that helps.
I know it's an additional option and it's greatly appreciated but as there has been problems with it before I figured I'd take the chance to check with you if it's a known problem

I don't seem to have a problem with videos. I also asked @Eren and he doesn't aswell.
Maybe you should open a ticket about it?

You need to close the game and restart the device. It's a know issue with the videos.

I've got 5250 version on ANF1 and same versions on ANF2 and ANF4. ANF3 is android and is okay. 2 & 4 updated fine but 1 seems to have lost something.
And thing is I do all my updates when logged into the user profile where I play #1

Agreed. I didn't realize how many of them I have until I can't use them!!!
