Waverly huff has six Gift Shops located on left side of city. I have all of the items necessary to complete the quest.

Also, the gift shops are the little ones with the red heart, NOT the unique gift shop that you can buy from the store, yes?

Don't know, but it looks like it will be 2X2. Also, guest planes take noticeably longer to re-load since the update.

The previous years' reward building, Statue of Liberty & White House were 2x2 buildings.
So I think it will be a 2x2 also.

I was thinking what was the 3rd building reward?? We had this event 3x.
You are right , it was the Washington monument.

So one of the reward was a 3x3 building, my bad !
