Very nice. We had a full English breakfast to finish our mini break today, so some nice fishcakes as a quick tea when home tonight.Sunday lunch for today - oven salmon fillets, oven baked potato's with butter and thyme, mixed fresh green salad with red wine and Dijon vinaigrette dressing and crisp chilled white wine
Later on for dessert - cheesecake with mixed fruit.
