Training Day, so 2x half energy cake, elektrolytes and a 30grams spoon of energy powder in 750ml water

morning started with a protein shake with some muesli, frozen fruits and honey

this evening: chicken, brussels sprouts and potatoes

Hi - no, i wish, we are on holiday in some really nice log cabins in scotland, and it is one of the meals you can order from our hosts. Never thought to take a picture of it! Really good though.

We are fine, and it is so good to get away, hope you are keeping well too!
