For dinner Indonesian food - Mie Goring with Daging Rendang, Kering Tempeh and Telor. And some fruits out of our own garden, some strawberries and raspberries.

We have loads of sharp knives. My daughter is a chef and sharpens them every time she comes. And hubby keeps them sharp in between.

Have 8 romas out back and 7 different styles of slicer tomatoes. Butternut squash is doing well this year but not ready for harvest. But my hungarian sweet peppers are producing about 8 great peppers every day. Just don't know the best thing to do with them.

Oh I wish I had some tomatoes! Unfortunately ours didn’t take this year. Have had a few summer squash and some lemon cucumber but that’s it.

Dinner was BBQd pork chops and Brussels sprouts. I’m making a dessert of strawberries, cream cheese, and a bit of sour cream. Sweetened with Bocha Sweet.

I have been growing tomatoes for years. But this year, I learned some stuff about growing tomatoes rather than leaves. The plants look funny, but I have never had such abundant, healthy and flavorful tomatoes

Over the decades I have tried all manner of ways - I tend to use a Wok for deep frying, after having first steamed the chips.

Cooking with a wok is something I’ve never done. I want to get an air fryer.

My lunch will be a chef salad I think.

Dinner last night - Chicken salad bagel melts. Chicken salad on everything bagels with tomato slices and Swiss cheese melted over them, plus extra mayo (there are not healthy!!! but oh so good!). Will be many leftovers for lunch!
