I've tried that and always got the same responses. I have a feeling the "supporters" there do not even know the game, let alone play it themselves. I don't understand how any company can allow that.

what happened to you happened to almost every player here and not just once, I once had to start from 0. Yes it's 1st level of support and they are support for all their games and they are not aware of specific gameplay.

From what I read all over the forum, I guessed that it happens again and again. That is one of the reasons why I decided to pull the plug before I waste more time on it and get hit again and my frustration is only bigger.

I have very simple proposition regarding limit. I think that main reason why GI decided that is that via personal back up you can do things that gives you unfair advantage towards other players (I'd not go into those details but majority here knows what I'm talking about). I personally don't care if someone use "other" method to gain some advantage.
My simple proposition is that limit should not be applied to anyone who need to do official backup via GI. If your game crashes or you need transfer, raise the ticket and GI should help you - in those cases there should be no limit (I know that it would take much longer then usual backup from your private backup folder). In other cases you get limit as a penalty for not using official method.

Last year my game crashed down to level 1 and GI could not restore it - I would have lost everything if I did not have a backup.

You seem to back up GIs very bad decisions - do you work for GI or what is your reason for defending their extremely poor anti-customer decisions??? If GI doesn't want to make a game their PAYING CUSTOMERS want to play, they should shut the game down and start panhandling for a living.

Everyone on this forum has dealt with the same type of issues you have at one point or another.

I came back to AC only 1 purpose.
I wanna to meet 1 of my best friend again who suddenly gone few months ago.
He is Syrian who lives in Dubai.
I hope he will be okay.

I was playing Hay Day before, and the supports were good, and still the best for me.
They listen if any problem happen and if they cant do anything in the name of limitation, they said sorry and give us some rewards.
It was nice.
Even when they have problem with the server, they reward all of us.....

Now I am trying Mobile Legend......
It is huge......
I play a while now, to prepare when 100 limit hit me than I will keep play mobile legend for good.
I wont tell any story but you can try first.

I would agree their customer support has quite a bit to be desired. I have played many games and in almost
all cases they are more versed in the actual game play. It is pretty obvious they like many companies are forced
to use a script irrelevant if you give them enough info to surpass the first portion of the script they have to start from
the beginning of the script. That is always quite annoying and one reason I avoid customer support as much as possible.
I will say at one point about a year ago they got quite a bit better and faster at resolving thins though they now seem
to have regressed. Some will have differing opinions on this and that is fine, we can't always agree on everything.

BTW I have been meaning to ask you are you ever going to do anything else with your maze craze? I bought that a while
ago as I always have loved mazes. I had some ideas like using multi-levels, collectibles, teleporters etc. Of course I have
no ideas how hard or even possible any of these may be to implement. Just curious.

Does she understand about Alliance missions, you can easily go through the limit in a two period with ease. Trying to play alliance missions and replenish items through other flights is almost impossible unless gifting is just made up of needed item.

Which we know is very difficult as the 3 tasks are divided over a wide variety of destinations some of which were just created for the missions.

Exactly! How in the world am I supposed to do 1500 flights to Winnipeg in a week if I can't stockpile Landing Lamps beforehand. It's completely asinine! If they think people will buy them all with greenies they definitely don't want any more of the hundreds I've put into the game.

No doubt moving forward at some point no matter how many items people have stockpiled these
alliance tasks will become impossible. Well not technically but really there are very few people who
would pay out the amount needed once stockpiles are depleted. I would venture to guess there might
be a few players that might actually do it. It always amazes me how some people spend money irrelevant
of the fact they can afford it. Kind of like high end clothing. People will actually buy a tshirt for $500+ because
of the name on the label. To me there is no value to things like this, I don't care if I had a few billion I will not
buy things that don't live up to actual value and being at the top through spending money has no value
in my book.

Everyone on this forum has dealt with the same type of issues you have at one point or another.

The fact that everybody dealt with it is exactly the reason why I decided to stop wasting my time once it hit me. If after 5 years, they still did not give the resources to the development team to make the game stable, I do not think they will ever. Instead, they focus on crippling the game and invest their manpower in development into that without giving them a chance to do what they would want to do.
That's completely unacceptable to me.

I'm not backing up this decision. It happened to me also few times and if you read my older post, you'll know that I had to start from level 1 once, and second time I lost a lots of thinghs gathered due to reset to lower level. I'm playing this game on only platform who cannot do backup. And I saw many people abusing backup option (and that abusing is the reason for my above statement).
And just for fun fact - i'm doctor of veterinary medicine and with that, i don't think i'd be much of a help to work for GI.

I just finished my degree in computer programming so now have been looking for a programming job before the money runs out and I have to start paying on the student loans! I may do something more with Maze Craze - right now I'm working on a couple of android apps to put in the google store (one I may also put into the windows store) Maze Craze was fun to make and I like the idea of adding collectibles and teleporters I've also toyed with the idea of adapting it for android or making a similar android maze game. ... I'm a one person team so if I ever get the time

Where does it say you need to do 1500 flights to achieve the alliance bonus?? It's 1500 flights to 3 star the destination. A lot of people haven't worked out yet that GI does not want you to 3 star the location on the first attempt. You have 7 days to do 250 flights. THAT is your mission.

@Bob69bob i have a similar 1500 flights to Tel Aviv, it states it in my tasks list. Obviously that is one of the 3 tasks i have this week. I also have 219 flights to do to Bali, same plane, same landing lamp requirements. NOT POSSIBLE. So for the second week running it will be impossible to get to 100%. I cant even do one of my second tasks 210 flights to Helsinki, i own 1 giant plane. I am not selling/purchasing other planes to try and get this done plus require 250 blankets and 250 wireless compass. All this is under the assumption i am reading the task lists correctly that is

Ok, look at the second tab, "alliance progress" where it has the three destinations for each player... assuming Tel Aviv is the first one, does yours say x/1500 or x/250?

I'm assuming each task is more and more difficult to achieve. I've never been in an alliance before, but how hard was it before to gain reputation points? I'm guessing 20 points a week would have been very rare? They aren't going to just give it away. I really don't think there is the expectation that many (read any!) alliances are likely to hit the jackpot easily. Most players will wait and choose the event that works best for them. Slowly building stars, not blowing resources. It's certainly a lucky dip,each week trying to get a location that suits each player.
