I thought that they were not giftable in Android, unless of course Mr tdv did his usual magic.
I got all mine from the Antartic Station flights, it took all 3 stars to get them.

If I'm not mistaken rodyw might be able to send you sand bags but I could be wrong as I noticed he can send some unique items like robot testers but I don't see sand bags mentioned in his sig. You might want to ask him...

Yeah, I got mine from tdv. He/she is a lifesaver! I am not sure if it is from the game that has issues though and can't gift for now.
