I have visited neighbour's Aviation Museum for the Scientific Papers, but it is not registering visits.
Are you only counted on on your own Aviation Museums?

Bali Hi - Are you actually collecting the papers (reminds me of a stacks of books) or just the normal coins when you visit? (I collected via neighbors only but had to visit multiple neighbors to get all of the papers.)

I am looking for scientific papers. I visited 2 neighbours who has more than 4 aviation museums each, but when I came back to my airport, the task still stay at 0 (zero) scientific papers.

This is unlike the previous task Newspaper Building, where I only had to visit 8 of them.

For the scientific papers, is it a random drop from aviation museum? Meaning you have to visit much more than 4 aviation museums to get the 4 scientific papers required?

Bali Hi - Yes, it is a random drop from the buildings. I think I had to visit around 12 of them to get 4 papers. And they look like a stack of books with a tablet leaning against them. Hmm... I think I was able to get from my neighbors. Visit only is not counted, you have to get the drops from the aviation museums.

For newspaper buildings, you only click, no drops needed.

I had terrible luck for the Big Brother collection.
Took me 1.5 days and almost had a Star for North & South Observatory before I got all 5 items!
