iOS Stuck - out of range

Anyone got an idea how to proceed with this minor task?
I have visited neighbours and collected from hangers, various houses, hotels, various shops but didn't collect anything to complete the task on Ne2 don't recall this with my other game

Am I missing something silly?

This was a small side task during the Phantom Menace quest. During the quest it could be completed by just visiting 4 neighbours. Nothing else, we didn't had to collect something. I hope visiting 4 neighbours is still enough after the quest has ended!

I remember the task early on in my tomgreensmith game. No matter what I did, the task remained. It eventually went away. I think it's just a ... wait for it ... typical GI bug.

The first time the quest appeared, it was straight forward, you just need to visit a few neighbours / certain houses.

When I come across this task on Bali2 a couple of months and a few updates later, it is a bug that will not go away. Eventually, there will a task that involves Mitchell again and it just disappeared.

I have had also the same problem but now it is gone. Asked GI about it, waited few updates (2-3 months) and than I have ended this step.

I think it just goes away in time.
But it may be because of the proposed new green launches with maps that we are all anticpating
