it varies by destination. higher levels would need more flights to complete the stars. maybe a thousand.. kidding.. ;-)
For london its as i mentioned and im sure coz i have task from Captain Jack to become a master of london flights. Not sure about the rest,but i guess elijackjack is right coz i remember training flight required only 4-5 flights when i started playing this game.
