billsnj - Usual clap trap from their support staff... Come join the club of "GIS Sucks" - I currently have 8 tickets open with them - they keep closing it with various comments like this which are totally unrelated and I keep reopening them...

I keep doing the same thing ... but about the weekend codes. They keep blaming it on terms and conditions with apple and I keep reminding them that I get greenies twice weekly on Big Business. That's when they close the ticket. I think I piss them off

On a side note, I can't remember how to log a support call with Apple directly from my iPad. Does anybody know?

tdv , Steve , Mrstepot ..... My lander should touchdown (Wednesday 07:30 am CST/Wednesday 13:30 pm BST, which should be around 15 hrs into your launch) I will have to join the launch then, if not launched yet. I can come into the launch for the 3rd spot with 300-400 points depending on point distribution. If i missed you guys, assuming my greed doesn't get the best of me and tempt me to join another launch, i will wait for the second launch following this one.

Just read posts and I think others might have done different things so I suggest we postponed launch till tomorrow. I'll launch instead early evening UK time so that things are well underway by the time the US players come online in the US evening. Will post more tomorrow. Sorry about tonight, forgot to take my charger to work and by the time I realised it was too late!

Notice to all my Neighbors who I have launched with or attempted to launch with me.
I sent two(2) trouble reports to GI Support, 1st 4/27/2013, 2nd 4/29/2013. The reports detailed the fact that I cannot JOIN a neighbors launch and the fact that neighbors cannot see my launch. (Gamingswiftie3 sent a screenshot to verify). the following is GI's response - does it make sense to anyone ?
