Space launches imminent

Welcome to my launch.... The other two are non-forum and I don't know them.....
I am going for gold.... I still need 2 supernova-explosions for the AL.... but it is my problem-item with that collection....

Hi flip123 you have launched and you got your gold! I was sitting happily in third (looking for the silver) and stretching away nicely from the fourth person in the launch using my rubbish stuff (as I knew we didn't need to waste good stuff to get this launch going) but then at the last minute mv_airport jumped in and took the 3rd place relegating me to 4th and bronze!
Lol, no worries though, I have my AL legacy already so happy to just help out.
Let me know when you launch again flip123 and I will jump in and help you get gold again if you need it.

Yes, it launched about 12 hours ago. I can't always see my friends' launches either, and I can't figure out why sometimes they are visible and sometimes they aren't!

Hi Scott just sent you a friend request ... need to complete the Big Brother collection (one item left) and as soon as I do I need to then launch a regular rocket (part of the new Space Mission), so if you are still going then I will jump in with you if that's ok?

Steve, thanks for the friend request, I accpeted that this morning. I had someone jump in overnite and finish off the launch so now I'm waiting for the next 24 hours.... I'd be happy to join one after that if you haven't launched yet.
Unfortunately, I can't gift you the urgent items you are looking for, so I sent you a Deicer. I'm still looking for a couple Optical Systems if you wouldn't mind sending one of those my way!

Just started a launch on GS3 and could use some help finishing. Right now it's sitting at 214/1600. I'm guessing I can put in around 500-600 total if I'm paying attention to the timers. (GS2 can also pitch in about 800-900 if needed as well. But I'd like to leave it out of the launch if possible.)

FYI: I'm happy with just completing this time around... so, please feel free to claim any place you desire.

no worries I Fly 2 - I can wait - just let me know when you are ready if you can see my launch... It is the new "Promethus spaceship"launch - so not too sure if people with the older spaceship launch can see it yet....
and lookes like you have to complete the "History of Space Travel" x3 to get the Space Travel Monument

At least things haven't changed for me in joining other launches. I tried to join TDVCrApple2 launch, but found myself alone. That's OK. I made the launch and now I have another 24 hours wait for the landing. Good luck everyone with your launches.

PS. tdv Our posts crossed. For whatever reason, my I Fly2 game joins launches without any issues, but I Fly seems to have problems. Thanks for the offer. I hope others can join you.

Hi tdv how did you get to launching the new rocket so quickly?!
I am doing the new "Phantom Menace" mission but am still waiting to complete the first mini mission still (Professor Klandau) which is to complete the Big Brother collection, just need the Solar Collector to drop and then its done! Then apparently I need to complete more mini missions as well as then somehow still getting 3 x Communication Antenna and 4 x Spaceship Launch Console ... then I may be ready to launch a Promethus Spaceship with you!!

Couple of quick questions - does the Promethus Spaceship use the same launch items as the normal launch (e.g. PEBS, MStabs, Lge Fuel Tanks etc)? If so I will save some of those for now. Is it as you say 2000 points needed in 24 hours? And finally what collections do you need to complete to start the launch (e.g. do you need a treadmill or any of the new collections etc)? ... I can't even see that yet as my MCC2 isn't complete yet.

Hi GamingSwiftie I can see your launch but before I join I am waiting to complete Professor Klandau's first mission (complete Big Brother collection - 1 solar collector drop needed) as his second mission I believe is to launch a regular space rocket. So as soon as that solar collector drops and the second mini mission kicks in if you are still launching I will join your launch and help get it over the line. Hopefully soon as have a couple of Delta's back soon (but the drop rate is poor even though it is seldom and not very seldom). Cheers, Steve.

Steve - Completely understand. (This is exactly the reasoning behind my hesitation on having GS2 join the launch.)

Launch update: Two people (me and @Onehhy) with 732/1600 in and just under 22 hours left on the clock. As expected, I'm pretty much down to just the solid fuel. And again, just hoping for a successful launch.
