Same here, got about 2FPS on my Lumia 1520. I've checked it on i7 + GTX1080 and runs fine there.

I'm afraid I have some bad news. Some of the Windows Phone devices are no longer supported by our game engine with its latest update, and since it is a third party software we can't make any significant changes to how it works. Since very few Airport City players still use Windows Phones and we don't have a lot of them ourselves to test the updates, this issue hasn't been known until the update was released and thus I couldn't warn you ahead of time.

If your game has become unplayable, the support team will assist you with moving your profile to other mobile platform or Windows PC — that's the best option we can offer.

It's pretty easy - just start a new game on your android device, when you hit level 3, submit a ticket to GI support with old and new neighbor codes, as ask them to transfer your game. You will (probably) lose all your neighbors and alliance, but now you can get all new neighbors from the forum.

It may take a few days for GI support to transfer your game, they seem to be running slow right now - odds are you'll lose out on the event Never know - they might transfer you the same day.

Ticket opened since one week for a transfer from android to android. Still not done (they say I have to wait for the google play transfer, which up to now never occuring :'( )

It seems there have been a lot of people trying to restore android games lately, and google play not restoring. What level have you played to on your new android game? Are you using the same google account? I've transferred a few games in the past - one restored as soon as I hit level 3, another one not restored until I was at level 10.

you say it may work only at level 10. Maybe it could be a motivation to go through the new game... And yes, same google account (otherwise I cannot ask the transfer to work).
So ok, I will try to reach level 10 (even I don't see any reason for work at this precise level).

I don't know that it's any precise level - just saying google play may kick in at any time (or unfortunately, not at all ). I'd keep on playing, but message GI support again to let them know that google play hasn't restored yet. There's really no reason why GI support can't restore the game, especially if google play isn't doing it.

I have the exact same problem,I have reached lvl 10 but no game transfer yet,just the achievements from old game.

I had to reset my android tablet back to factory reset due to OS problems, couldn't use back up files, So contacted GI support was able to restore my previous game after awhile

I would like to inform you that everyone who has windows phone devices with directx 9 the game will not work, as I do not have another android device or ios, I will leave the game after 1 year, at level 76 haha, good luck for those who stay
