Windows SERVER ERROR May affect more than Windows Players

Has anybody else got the same problem with windows pc my game keeps crashes in normal mode with task bar showing,can only play the game in full screen.Sent ticket to GI and they cannot fix the problem even with unity player logs.they told me to uninstall game and then reinstall still does it.Any ideas?
