iOS Server Connection Error

Does anybody else have this error message when trying to visit friends? I can't seem to send gifts either?

Yes, tried all the usual phone reboots and still there.
Neighbours says server error.
Rocket launches says internet needed.

I've opened a ticket - but this is very frustrating - I had just bought a spyglass which is now wasted!

I can visit neighbors but cannot land my red rocket --- when I click on it, I get the message 'Dear player, internet connection is required (etc)' although I'm connected to the internet and am not having any other internet connection errors

Definitely seems to be a problem - my other halfs game has the same server connection issue!
