iOS send gifts to android friends

Hello
in the last few days ( since the new Santa version ? )
all the gifts that i send from the IPAD to android users didn't received
(it send OK , but nothing received in the other side)
the problem is that i can't know which friend had android and which use the Ipad version,
so a lot of gifts just wasted
did anyone see this problem ?

I noticed that with iPad players on my android device it won't allow me to visit them, their button is grayed out so that might be able to guide you on who is who. Hope this helps.

but when i work on the iPad i need to know who is who
and half of the friends in my iPad had the same unknown name
