Selling Buildings

If I have a building and I sell it... can I rebuild it? IE: If I have the max # of buildings and I sell one or more... can I rebuild them later?

Space is a premium now.... a 150,000 coin premium....

1. You can sell and rebuild REGULAR buildings anytime.
2. You can rebuild buildings like flight catering & fuel station as long as you get the required components.
3. You can build SPECIAL buildings like Pet Store or Mexican Restaurant if you get the required collections.
4. You cannot rebuild QUEST buildings, like Statue of Liberty and recently Casa Batllo, which you can only get while quest is active.
