Have you set up one drive to take screenshots its a doddle?Update sorry just used the screenshot in airport city settings and like you I cannot find them when I print screen they are saved to one drive.me and my big mouth.

Anybody found out where the screenshots are saved they are not in pictures or one drive am baffled.On android they are saved to google photos so why doesn't windows work?

In windows, normally only to the clipboard. If you want to save an excellent program is 'lightshot'.

on my laptop I half to hold 2 keys, my fn-function & end/print screen, then open mspaint , tell it to paste, then save as, .jpeg, it gives me a choice where to put it, i prefer desktop

I've been looking for them too, They are saved in Photo's for IOS and Gallery for Android. but I can't find them for my Windows account

I've sent a ticket and this is what they said about it;

"Dear player,

The game screenshot feature is not working properly at the moment.

We've already found the true cause of this, and our tech team is currently looking for a way to make it right. The fixing might be time consuming, so the solution is likely to be available with one of the updates and it's quite hard to estimate the time frame.

Sadly I lack other immediate ways of helping you just now, so let's wait and see if the next version of the game can fix things up."

in windows 10..i used 2 key the win(windows icon on the key) +G and then click on the camera....when you click both keys will appear more options...click on photo camera and will save screenshot ....in windows you ca search the screenshot on the path: this pc>local disk(c>users>user name>videos>captures

and also you can use PRTSC( print screen) and than open paint, ctrl+V(paste) and then save the image

I still use the snipping tool in Windows accessories as one can draw on it or

yeah, I still use the Snipping Tool, Gamebar or GeForce experience to take screenshots or record. would be nice though if that in game screenshot tool is working.

Have to laugh. They found the "true cause" of the problem. Won't say any more about that! Snipping tool works just fine, and love that you can write yourself a note on the screenshot.
