The Conservatory was the special bonus from last years Valentine Event on the Android. Very few folks have this building. So far as i know, tdv is the only one with one on his TDV4 game. This time around we're getting the "Garden of Love". Someone around here has completed the event already and posted a pic of the Garden. I don't remember who though.

I have been reading up on this particular building and deduced that the conservatory is in fact a promo building. I have since started a search for a past game, however, I'm thinking that it is not worth the effort. Possibly, I should see if your friend Chipman has a conservatory.
