Hi Kei,

Yes the correct english name (as far as the english version of AC is concerned)

it is
TV Panel = TV screen
Controller - control units

So in your case for Repair base level 5 you need to have
3x Grinder
3x AirVent Filter
3x Controller
3x TV Panel
