That game only can send the requested gift.
You're not the only one who has suddenly an incomplete building.
On my game vayka1 my Travel Agency was incomplete yesterday
I also asked friends for items to complete it again, because you've already said it:

for my Travel Agency on VAYKA1 game: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
