I no longer need Level 10 building items. I have just begun construction of my Control Tower, so I will loose the ability to gift Protractors in 9 days. Please let me know if you need them so I can put you on my list. It will take a while for me to save enough coins to start construction on the new Terminal and Town Hall, so Document Detector and Paper Cutter will be in my list for a while.

For the Santa's Bad Day quest, I only need Old Lanterns. I can gift Icicle, Old Lantern and Sleigh Oil.
