I was able to add you to Waverlyhuff2 (my support game) but not Waverly huff (my main game). Can you try adding Waverly huff from your side? I'm glad to see you're using this forum. It's a great place to swap gifts and strategies and new members are always very welcome.
By the way, the Dispatcher Console can only be gifted by a few Giftmasters on this forum. I don't remember who they are offhand but if you run a search for "Dispatcher Console" you can find out who to ask for them. As far as I know, the Disposable Shampoo can not be gifted by anyone ... it's GI's way of making us pay greenies every so often. Another piece of advice: if you need greenies, wait until a 3-for-1 sale to buy them (it's going on now) and if you want to expand your land, wait for a land sale; each one happens every few weeks.

Thanks for the info! A couple other questions: How come sometimes names can't be added by one person but its not a problem in the reverse? I keep hearing about a gifting bug in the game... What's going on with that?

I really have no idea why. While the game is lots of fun, it is a bit buggy. For many months last year almost every neighbor was "username" on our neighbor lists. It took GI a long time to fix that one.
There is a gifting bug. Many neighbors on this forum have told GI about it. For example, my Waverly huff game can gift my Waverlyhuff2 game but not the other way around. The gift just disappears into the ether.
