The items for the fuel station (reinformed frame, triplewire, orange transmitter) cannot be gifted by anyone. If is not a giftable item. You will need to fly to the destinations for them and they will not drop till you have upgraded the fuel station.

Yep, I sent a Video Wall yesterday (Saturday), I will try to send another one today, see if you get it. It shouldn't be converted to anything else since you are on Android as well.
