Santa's Bad Day Quest 2014

I haven't had a chance to see if there are any differences between this and previous Santa's Bad Day quests, but recent history suggests only the reward building will be different.
Thanks to melony we see that the reward is a Ski Resort:

There is a "Complete" button so even if the Skating Rink is placed, the quest will not autocomplete.

Disappointing, looks really the same as last year. I have completed already all the steps; I can just get the missing star from Australia, very little for X'mas gift.
GI, we need new quests !!!

If you want to build a Hangar for a Jet-Powered Sleigh without spending greenies or getting gifts from neighbors, use the "build/get free item/sell" approach.
1. Build the Hangar
2. Speed the build if you want
3. Get a free item by watching a video
4. Sell the Hangar
Repeat until you complete or the free item offer ends!

It's a 3x3 Winter Sport Resort (Ski piste), gives one item a day. Don't know other statistics yet. Read about it and saw it at a neighbor.

Did you mean Gifts for Africa, Australia etc?

Buy a Xmas Gift Shop (5 greenies each), maybe even 6 Xmas Gift Shops.
It gives coins every 1 hours and a chance to drop Gifts.

Chad Ladwig, I think the only way to get presents for the flights is when they drop from flights to Lapland. I am in the same boat as you. My game has already completed the quest(I have yet to autocomplete), but I do need to three star the sleigh flights.

I just got the update... seems there is no difference other than they put all the flights together in the flight menu... any gifts for the sleigh hanger will be cool

You cannot get gifts for the sleigh flights from neighbors. Only lanterns, sleigh repair items, and hanger build items can be gifted, at least on iOS.

That is what I was guessing. So far from my gift shops, 24 drops and 2 gifts.
